Due to health reasons, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We can not fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment. When ordering hair please keep this in mind.
We DO NOT issue refunds for worn/damaged hair. If the hair is not returned to us in it’s original condition, unused, we can not issue you a refund.
If it is determined that Vybe Extensions is at fault, we will refund/exchange products with no problem.
